NO WHERE! This weekend we have received our next transfer news and I am staying one more transfer in Moorabbin. However, both of my current companions are leaving. I wish them both the best and I know they are going to do some amazing things. I will be receiving a new companion with me, his name is Elder Willis and I've heard great things about him so I'm excited. I know we're gonna have a blast and get some work done.   Just wanna give a quick shout out to the Moorabbin ward, they are the best! They treat us Elders so well and help out so much with the work. AAAANNNDDD, they feed us super well which is amazing. I have the ward to thank for the 20 pounds I've put on. But they're the best. So many cool families and couples that make being here that much better. They are almost like a second family and I'm very grateful for them.  This week has had quite a few highlights, we officially said good bye to our mission president, president Thomas and had a fun farewe...

Call The Fire Department!

Hey everyone! What a week this has been, slightly unorthodox, but we still got to work. We've had a lot of fun this week despite a few roadblocks that came up. But we were able to have our interviews with the mission president, did a lot of PTing due to car issues, and we shot a music video for the social media page. Along with a few other fun things.  So on Tuesday we had our interviews with President Thomas. These are officially his last interviews with us before the new mission president comes in next week. It was super fun and good to talk to him for a little while. We talked about all kinds of things, including some hints at  transfer news, but I'll wait to share until it's official. While we waited, we were able to sit and chat with our district and the APs all day which was super fun. They're all so cool and it'll kinda be lame when it all gets mixed around during transfers, but hey that's okay. Plus the day before, we spent all day with them pl...

Gooooood Moooorrnnniinnnggg Vietnaaaammm,  I hope you're all doing so amazing, and are doing some truly awesome things. Another week full of miracles completed and I'm excited to tell you all about them. This week was a little bit slower and very out of the ordinary but hey, it was still great. Some of the highlights include some awesome visits, lots of home to home contacting, a super fun exchange with one of our zone leaders, and the biggest news of all...... drum role please....🥁🥁🥁........ WE GOT ANOTHER COMPANION! Woohoo! I guess I'll cover the big news first. On Tuesday night, we got a call from our APs asking us if we had any big plans that night or the next morning, so we said no not really. And they said we had just received a new elder in the mission and he will most likely be joining us. So we got super excited. That next morning we ended up going to the mission office to pick him up. His name is Elder De Silva and he is from Colombo, Sri Lanka. He served a l...

Kangaroos, Blessings, New Friends, and the Works

What is up party people,  This week has probably been one of the best so far, despite a few setbacks. We were able to do so much missionary work, but also lots of super fun and very spiritual things happened. First off, on Tuesday, we had zone conference. So just about half of the mission got together and had some skill training, and lunch all together. It was pretty fun and we were able to learn some valuable missionary skills, which is always appreciated. It did feel like a long day, which it was, but hey. It was still a good day.  The next day we just had some normal finding and teaching, but in the evening, we got a call from the sisters nearby. They said they needed us to run and give someone they knew a priesthood blessing. We ended up going to a children's hospital in our area and giving a tiny baby in critical condition a blessing. It was so sad, but extremely powerful. It was such a good but sad experience. Hopefully all works out well for their family, please p...

Epic Week of Epicness

This has been such a good week down here, so many cool things have happened! First of all, yesterday officially started the winter season. However, it just kind of feels like a decent fall day in Idaho, so it's not too bad. My companion is freezing all the time, but I don't think it's that bad. In other news, I've officially gained 17 lbs in the time that I've been in Australia. I'm doing my very best to make sure it's good weight, and not just me getting fat. But hey, we'll see how long that lasts. I have Costco and Tongan families to thank for that mostly. My mom says it's already showing in my face.      This week we had an exchange so I went down South to a place called Frankston. Also known as Frankghanistan. It's a little bit ghetto down there, but that just means the people are more elect and ready to hear our message. But it was super awesome. The first thing we did down there was a service, moving so...
